DIY installation

The Autonnic Masthead Wind Sensor provides reliable and accurate information about the speed and direction of the wind working against a yacht. The unit is built to last using robust, quality materials and is able to withstand the harshest marine environments.

The Autonnic Wind Sensor is directly compatible with discontinued Garmin GWS 10 wind.

Available in 3 sizes:

     N    Normal for sailing cruising

     E     Extended for racing

P     A shorter version for Power boats

A5901/2
NMEA0183  extender cables

These cables simply allows a NMEA0183 wind head sensor to be connected to in the in-board monitoring system via the mast on a sailing boat. They are available in two lengths:

A5901   7.5m / A5902   20m

A5138
NMEA 2000 20m
extender cable

The A5138 simply allows a NMEA 2000 system to be extended. Suitable for  wind sensor, heading sensor or backbone it includes a junction box so the cable can be threaded through a mast or deck gland.

A5129
WIND spares kit

Boat wind sensors are the piece of electronic equipment most likely to get damaged as it sticks  out beyond the end of the mast; either in storage or during stepping or unstepping your sensor is likely at sometime to need  this kit. The A5129 is a set of spare cups and accessories to repair an Autonnic wind sensor if it were to get damaged.

A5905
NMEA0183 to 2000 Converter

The A5905 allows a NMEA0183 wind head sensor to be connected to a NMEA2000 system without requiring new mast wiring.  Provides power to the 0183 Masthead Sensor from the 2000 bus.
